EXPERIENCE:
Since joining the Sioux Falls law firm in 1978, Brad has worked tirelessly for the interests of his clients. He shares his expertise whether in the role of adjunct professor or guest lecturer and has received numerous recognitions through “The Best Lawyers in America” and “Great Plains Super Lawyers.” He is a Fellow in both The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and the American College of Tax Counsel (ACTC).
Brad’s community work has led him to serve on the Board of Directors for the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation, Sioux Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the South Dakota Symphony, the South Dakota Friends of Public Broadcasting, and the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.
Brad’s expertise lies in business law, corporate law, tax law, real estate law, estate planning, trust law, and more.
He shares his successes with his wife Candace, daughters Nicole and Anne, and his families. When he’s not surrounded by stacks of paperwork, Brad enjoys finding time to travel, fly fish, and maybe even give golf a try.
