EXPERIENCE:

Max joined Woods Fuller in 2021 with a concentration in corporate and real estate law. Max utilizes his background in finance to counsel companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in entity formation, corporate governance, private equity, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and securities offerings.

He graduated with a degree in finance from the University of Arizona while playing on the NCAA Division I golf team. At the University of St. Thomas School of Law, Max focused his classroom work on transaction and business law courses. His classroom work included Corporate Finance, Secured Transactions, Financial Markets, Corporate Tax, Securities Regulation, and Real Estate Transactions.

Max and his wife, Whitney, are both Sioux Falls natives and O’Gorman High School graduates. Max enjoys spending time with family, golfing, biking, skiing, walking his dog, and doing anything outdoors.
