EXPERIENCE:

Luke is originally from Huron, South Dakota and joined Woods Fuller Shultz & Smith in 2021. He has a general business and trust and estates practice with an emphasis in tax. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming. Following law school, Luke attended the University of Florida and received a Masters of Law in Taxation degree in May 2021.

Luke is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and the State Bar of Wyoming.
