Christopher J. Lent, Attorney

Chris Lent joined the firm in 2001, became a shareholder in 2006, and focuses his practice on General Business and Corporate law, with an emphasis on federal and state securities law. He represents issuers in private and public offering of equity and debt securities and counsels companies on corporate governance and public reporting obligations with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He also represents broker-dealers and representatives in SEC, state and SRO registration and compliance matters.

Chris is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and Iowa. He is currently serving on the Public Information Committee of the South Dakota State Bar.
