Smith and O'Connell Win SD Supreme Court Case< 12/11/2009 8:00 AM > Attorneys Justin G. Smith and Kristine K. O'Connell recently won an appeal before the South Dakota Supreme Court in the case of Cole v. Wellmark & Tschetter. Woods Fuller represented Wellmark of South Dakota, Inc. in a case involving insurance coverage issues related to an application for health insurance.
