EXPERIENCE:

Tiffany began her Woods Fuller tenure as a legal administrative assistant in 2015 and transitioned into the paralegal role in 2019, with a primary focus on Estate Planning and Trust Law.

Tiffany’s legal career began in her hometown, Ortonville, MN.  While there, she worked for a solo practitioner who focused in civil ligation, family law, workers’ compensation, and estate planning.  While in college, Tiffany interned with former Big Stone County Attorney, William J. Watson.  It was her time with the county attorney that led her to become passionate with assisting crime victims.  This led her to work as a crime victim advocate prior to her move to Sioux Falls in 2015.

Tiffany’s years of experience have led her to many different areas of law.  She has experience in civil litigation, workers’ compensation, family law, estate planning, trust administration, and real estate.  Tiffany’s primary focus is Estate Planning and Trust Law. 

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her daughter, Maria.
