EXPERIENCE:

AV-rated in litigation and construction law, Bill represents clients in South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska in multiple practice areas. Bill joined the law firm in 1997, and he currently chairs the Commercial and Construction Practice Group. Before joining Woods Fuller, he clerked for then-Chief Judge William G. Cambridge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.

Bill and his wife Tracee are proud parents to three children, and, in his free time, he can be found coaching many of his kids' sporting events or teaching them to fish.
