Q&A with Woods Fuller Attorney Justin Bergeson

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Hartford, SD, but when I was little, my family also lived in Miles City, Montana, and Wolsey, SD.

Describe yourself in 30 words.

Professionally, I’m a driven person. I’m goal-oriented, committed to self-improvement, and value work ethic. Personally, I’m devoted to family, especially being a dad; I like dogs, sports, jokes, and reading.

What motivated you to practice litigation?

My practice in civil litigation gives me the opportunity to work on and learn about a variety of legal issues and subject matters. Additionally, I enjoy the privilege of advocating for clients in writing and the courtroom.

What do you like most about your work?

I like that my job allows me to learn new things each day, whether it’s from research, clients, or colleagues.

I can operate a telescoping boom forklift.
