EXPERIENCE:

Greg Starnes joined the firm in 2001. His practice focuses on securities offerings, limited liability companies, commercial financing, business transactions and real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Greg was involved in the hospitality industry where he held both legal and executive positions.

Greg has worked extensively with new, early stage and established renewable energy companies involved in both bio-fuel production and wind energy. Beyond renewable energy, Greg has worked with entrepreneurs and start-ups in a wide range of industries from value-added agriculture and biotechnology to hotels, resorts, sports facilities, retail stores, restaurants, bars, casinos, and real estate development.

Greg is a founder, director and legal counsel to Ice Sports Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to youth ice sports.
