EXPERIENCE:
Seth is originally from Fort Pierre, South Dakota, and joined Woods Fuller, Sioux Falls law firm in 2018 and was named Shareholder in 2025. He practices primarily in general civil litigation. Seth has experience in cannabis law, family law, trial law, government liability, and more.
Prior to joining Woods Fuller, Seth clerked for the Second Judicial Circuit of the State of South Dakota. Seth graduated in 2017 from the University of South Dakota School of law, with honors. While in law school, Seth served as the President of the Moot Court Board, competed on the trial team, and assisted in coaching the undergraduate Mock Trial team. As an undergraduate at the University of South Dakota, Seth received his degree in political science with a minor in business administration.
Seth is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota.
