Kooima Ag Patent

United States Patent No. 10,991,279

Woods Fuller client Kooima Ag of Rock Valley, Iowa recently obtained U.S. Patent No. 10,991,279 on a “MOBILE ELEVATING APPARATUS.” This patent covers a method of using a mobile elevating apparatus, with an electronic display sign. Previously, we assisted Kooima Ag in obtaining U.S. Patent No. 10,467,932 which covered the mobile display elevating apparatus itself. The sign apparatus is portable and can be towed to a business location or towed down a highway to a remote location, such as a farm field where an auction is taking place. The client recognized that a sign that can be (1) raised and lowered to increase the visibility of the information displayed on the sign, and (2) moved around an auction site to be located close to the particular items being auctioned, would be useful.
