EXPERIENCE:

Chris practices in the area of general business and corporate law, securities, commercial transactions, and renewable energy permitting. He advises companies on private and public securities offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) public reporting duties, state securities commission and “blue sky” matters, corporate governance issues, state and county renewable energy permitting and compliance, and general contracts. He represents family, closely-held, and public companies and businesses in multiple industries including agriculture, energy, food & beverage, life sciences, manufacturing, real estate, restaurants, and wind energy.

Chris serves on the board of directors of Harmony South Dakota (www.harmonysouthdakota.org), and Bishop O'Gorman Catholic Schools (www.ogknights.org). He is also a former board member for Dakota Alliance Soccer Club (www.dakotaalliancesoccer.com).
