EXPERIENCE:
Emalee Larson-Sudenga is from Chamberlain, South Dakota, and joined Woods Fuller in 2025. Her practice focuses on real estate, business, and corporate transactions.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business, with a concentration in entrepreneurial management and a minor in cinema and media culture, from the University of Minnesota. Emalee went on to earn both her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, graduating magna cum laude with Sterling Honors in 2024. During law school, she served as a staff writer for the South Dakota Law Review, was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, and worked as a graduate assistant in legal writing and analysis.
After graduation, Emalee clerked for Chief Justice Steven R. Jensen of the South Dakota Supreme Court.
Outside of work, she enjoys going to movies at the State Theatre in Downtown Sioux Falls and spending time with her husband, Graham, and their two dachshunds, Snoop Dogg and Louie.
