Woods Fuller Names Two New Shareholders

Woods, Fuller, Shultz & Smith, P.C. is proud to announce the promotion of two attorneys, Jacquelyn A. Bouwman and Jacob R. Schneider, to Shareholder status. They join the firm’s distinguished group of shareholders, continuing Woods Fuller’s long tradition of excellence in client service and legal advocacy.

Bouwman and Schneider both joined Woods Fuller in 2020 and practice within the firm’s litigation group.

Jacquelyn, licensed in South Dakota state and federal courts and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, focuses her practice on business litigation, including breach‑of‑contract disputes, judgment enforcement, collections, and creditors’ rights in foreclosures and priority contests.
